Support

Good Samaritan depends on its members to grow and thrive as a center for worship, growing in our faith, and answering our call as Christians to help others and to spread the Good News of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. There are many ways to support the church.

Fundraising

Good Fundraisers support church programs.

Recycling
We continue to accept donations of aluminum cans, plastic bottles, and glass bottles that are HI-5 labeled. Please bag up your items and drop them off in the church pavilion or by the office hallway.

Easter Fair
We host over 15 vendors to come and sell their arts and crafts, plants, and various food for sale.

Annual Kadomatsu Making
Right after Christmas we gather and collect bamboo from the forest to make kadomatsu, a traditional good luck symbol. This is a eagerly awaited by community members who place their orders and display their kadomatsu in their homes for the new year.

Behind the Scenes

Good Samaritan is involved in a number of outreach programs and opportunities.  Come be a part of our efforts to support those in need not only in our community, but around the world.

Angel Network
Good Samaritan volunteers send cards and make phone calls to members and friends on our prayer list to let them know they are in our thoughts and prayers.

Episcopal Asiamerica Ministries (EAM)
Good Samaritan supports Asian seminarians in their studies.
